How to open a suitcase if you forget the combination?
When I got home from vacation, I suddenly forgot the combination of my suitcase lock. Oh my, this is so embarrassing. I can't open a suitcase full of clothes, and my child is crying because her doll is in the suitcase. Oh my, what should I do? I don't want to ruin my new bag.

Hopefully, it's not too late, but you can try to find a lock manufacturer to ask for help and have a new key made. If you still have trouble opening it, contact BG Berlin customer service immediately, hopefully they can offer a solution.
